Day 20: If you are what you say you are

July 3: VERY awkward the night I talked about the 4th of July. My head seemed to just out off my body as I saw the crowd of people that came in. It felt like a crowd buit I don´t know how many people were actually there. More people asked about American politics than the main topic: how to celebrate 4th of July! It was cool though because in the end, some people came up and shook my hand and were very kind. I even got a box of my firrst Ferrero Rocher chocolates. It was cool to come home and lay down on the couch with Flavia and some Burger King and watch some episodes of "The Office" becuase that is probably the funniest show I´ve seen in a long time, minus the few shows I´ve been watching lately. Like Power Puff Girls cuz I haven´t seen that since I was like 7 or 8!

July 4: Yesterday I got to go to a little surprise birthday party for Flavia´s volleyball coach! After laughing, joking, eating and what not, we came home changed into regular clothes and relaxed. And then the phone rang. Flavia picked up her cell and then gave it to me, saying some woman is calling for me. So I answered, but the woman was only speaking in portuguese, so I politely handed the phone back to Flavia. The ladt hung up and then called the house phone.So Flavia asked if I had given anyone our number and I definitely said no (one: becuase I didn´t know our number and two: becuase I still don´t fully know numbers in portuguese) So Flavia talked to the woman. Afterwards she turned to me and said "That was TV Com, and they want to do a live interview tonight!" (CONTINUING TONIGHT)
